I'm a 29 y/o white female, 5'9", 305 lbs, non-smoker (quit 1 year ago), non-sexually active x 2 years. I have been experiencing extreme fatigue and air hunger for 6 months. A week ago I noticed pin-point blood spots (petechiea) all over my arms. I haven't experienced any weight loss or appetite loss. The last 2 nights I have been waking up all night with night sweats, I've never had any problem with night sweats before. I also don't notice any swollen lymphnodes anywhere which leads me to believe that luekemia is not very likely for me.

I don't have insurance and cannot afford to go to a doctor but I recently started a new job and am hoping to have some kind of insurance in the next couple of months. Obviously a diagnosis of anything before I get insurance would not be a good thing. Does it sound reasonable to wait a few weeks to have my symptoms checked?

PS. Since this morning I have had a frequent feeling like being stabbed between my back ribs on the left side (lowish). I don't know if that is a symptom of anything.
