I really don't know if this will be any help but when you said high WBC and recurrent boils it made me think or MRSA. Have you been tested for this? I had a very high WBC myself - it went as high as 28 at one point then stayed a consistent 17 and turned out it was MONO. Good luck and I hope someone can help you.
