Cancer?

I am a little worried. I have been feeling sick for the past month. I first found a lump in my breast. Ultrasound did not detect anything. I have to go back to GP for more testing wanted me to wait a few weeks. Then I was referred to a orthopedist because my arm is in constant pain. Ortho did blood work didnt understand some of the results so he is sending me to a rheumatology dr. I am wondering i should insist on a bone marrow tests.

Here are my symptoms. Tired all the time, arm hurts (feels like inside bone not a muscle) Arm is weak so its hard to pick up something, some pain in legs from time to time. I have had constant 99-100 temps , night sweats, nausea at times and headaches with sometimes electrical shocks.I had a sore throat for 4 weeks and am still sick. I am never this sick.

My lymph nodes are tender but no swelling. I didnt get a copy of my blood tests but was told my WBC was a 9.4 normal is about a 5, positive ana and a low leukocyte count. I have read where all these symptoms can be begining signs of cancer and I want to make sure I am doing what I need to do and push the dr's if need be.
