Newbie: I am looking for some help - please read

Hi all:

I am currently in the horrible 'waiting stage'.... My 4yr-old son (born 7-18-05) has gotten his bloodwork back... the levels are the following:

RBC 4.47
Hemoglobin 13.1
Hematrocrit 37.7
MCV 84.4
MCH 29.2
MCHC 34.6
RDW 13.5
Platelet Count 186
MPV 8.1
Total Neutrophils % 4.3
Total Lymphocytes % 88.4
Monocytes % 2.3
Eosinopohils % 4.2
Basophils % 0.8
Neutrophils, Absolute 254
Lymphocytes, Absolute 5216
Monocytes, Absolute 136
Eosinophils, Absolute 248
Basophils, Absolute 47

I am very concerned with the low numbers in the absolute neutrophils and monocytes. All levels seem to be in the lower part even if in range.

I am getting blood tested again tomorrow in the am. If anyone can help me out to understand these levels, I would appreciate it immensely.
