... I don't know much about leukemia. Low WBC can mean her fevers are cause by a virus. She is slightly anemic HB & HCT- very common in younger children. There are not a ton of neuts (newer disease fighting WBC) so is not in active infection. There is no mention of bands and the other things that indicate leukemia.
