... We saw my mom's doctor yesterday and got the results of last weeks CT. The lung remains unchanged with no tumors seen, just a scar where it had been, no new mets anywhere but it is suggestive of progression in some of the liver mets. ... (14 replies)

Marcos, The Tarceva is worth a shot, it is an epidermal growth factor inhibitor that is taken as a pill once a day.It was approved by the FDA in Nov. 2004 so you do not have to be in a clinical trial to get it. It does not work for everyone but some people get quite dramatic improvements from it. ... (6 replies)
