Neurologist has said that definitely not MS (scans clear) and to find some relaxation techniques to help with occipital neuralgia. He's a nice guy. I don't feel he's trying to get rid of me. He just can't help me apart from to provide some advice to relieve some of the headache pain and numbness.

Regarding the level of positivity of the ANA it has always been strong enough to trigger ENA panels to be completed. 1:1280 is the only reading I am aware of. The Ro (SSA) and centromere antibody positives levels were never available on the reports and my first rheumatologist (who I had a good relationship with and I felt believed me and wanted to help me, but he left the health board) was only ever concerned that they were positive. I did ask for the levels, but was shown the reports and the lab did not specify levels, only that it was positive.

Next appointment is with rheumatologist in August (new lady) as the guy I saw last said that he had no interest in CTD. At least I'll get her perspective. Lately I'm thinking Sjogren's. I'll need to check out the Sjogren's board on here for advice. Thanks for everything LadyBud. :-)
