Hi!
Quick question. How do the doctors know when the ANA is truly positive or not? I have had three labs since last August:

ANA in 8/03:
Positive
Titer 1:320 - Homogenous
Titer 1:640 - Speckled

ANA in 11/03:
Positive
Titer 1:80 - Homogenous

ANA in 2/04:
Negative

My GP says he doesn't have a clue...possibly lab errors on the first two. ?? Does that even sound possible? He says to ask the rheumy when I see him on the 18th.

Meanwhile, I'm on day 18 of pain.
Thanks.
