Spinal Tap

Hello. I am not diagnosed with Lupus yet, but I am being tested for it. I was diagnosed with MS five years ago though. I have a question about Spinal Taps, and was wondering if someone could help. While I was tested, I had a Spinal Tap along with MRI's. The MRI showed lesions, but I know that is not a very specific test. I also had a Spinal Tap which showed that there were abnormalities, but there were no Oligoclonal Bands. My question is does a Spinal Tap with abnormalities play a factor in diagnosing Lupus? I have been questioning things a lot in the last couple of years. I was also diagnosed with Raynaud's and the Malar Rash about a year and a half ago. I also have a history of anemia. I have a funny feeling that I was misdiagnosed, but was wondering if I could get your opinions on this. Thanks.
