Jaclyn, with more than itchy skin going on, I think it makes sense to see a specialist. I had similar problems to those you cited, plus some. (Eventually I was dx'ed with subacute systemic lupus, meaning major organs OK; so while I flailed for years, I was lucky in the final tally.)

My recurrent targetlike rash (upper torso, arms/back) was initially deemed RINGWORM by multiple dermatologists. One dermie opined FLEA BITES. But it turned out to be a LUPUS rash called subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE), the annular (targetlike) form. SCLE rashes are associated with anti-Ro antibody, seen in lupus, Sjogren's*, and probably other conditions as well.

Hang in there, OK? And keep us updated. With hugs & my best wishes, Vee (an animal lover, all my life)
