... Dear Michele, The ACR "4 of 11" criteria are for *SLE*, meaning the *systemic* form of lupus. There are lesser forms, in which you fulfill FEWER than 4 criteria. The lesser forms, sometimes called "subsets", are DLE (discoid LE), SCLE (subacute cutaneous LE), DILE (drug-induced LE), and neo-natal LE.
