This means that the speckled pattern may indicate that Lupus AND another autoimmune process (such as Hash's). many people that do have Lupus can have other autoimmune conditions, for example I have Lupus, Sjogren's Syndrome, Antiphospholipid Syndrome and Type 1 diabetes. ...
