... I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 3 years ago. i feel like something is "different". Had alot of IBS problems, extreme fatigue, and then I got this really bad itchy sore rash on the back of my neck and on my shoulders. Wondering if I could have Lupus not Fibro or possibly both? ... ... Kimmy, The kidney damage seen in lupus is typically described as "silent". So hopefully your recent episode was something else, for instance--- UTI's are common in people with lupus; I had beaucoup. STONES can occur due to GI malabsorption (among other causes).
