... Hi. Years ago (mid-80's to mid-90's), I took Bellergal or Fiorinal, but only after a biggie hit. I'd lose a day (virtually knocked out), but they did stop the pain. I blinked when I read that your rheumie thinks you should stick it out. I could do NOTHING but lie stock-still with eyes closed, whimpering. ... Wow! I had no idea! I've taken 3 doses of Imitrex in the last 2 days and I still kinda have a headache and I'm sore. I also started taking Plaquenil again because my joints hurt. If I still have a headache tomorrow I'm calling the Rheumetologist. (13 replies)

... Michelle, I do have some vision problems. The neuro did a VEP looking for Optic Neuritis, which came back normal. I have intermittant blurriness in the right eye and occassionally pain in that eye as well. I do get the "floaters" and feel like I see black spots sometimes too in both eyes.
