[COLOR="Teal"]Hi Heckofagal, you "might" be in the right place, could be possible that you some how got Lyme years ago, and your immune system dropped while you were on vacation. Or could be that you contracted it while you were there.

It's a great idea to rule it in or out. The best way is to see a LLMD (Lyme Literate Medical Doctor) most do not take insurance. The solely go on symptoms not test. But it is also wise to be tested through Igenex lab. But then again, testing is not always accurate. for many reasons. I tested with Igenex a few times over a course of years and finally got a positive through them after 12 years of treatment. From where you are sitting you can request a test kit they are in Palo Alto, Ca.

There are many bacterial/viral critters out there that can cause your symptoms. I would higly recommend seeing a Lyme doc, they should also test for any co-infection such as Babesia, Bartonella, Erichliosis, ect. Or viruses such as Epstein Barr, Cytomegloris ect.

Sounds like your on the right track looking into the unseen critters. My doc says, 90 per cent of the health conditions us humans get are from the unseen world.

There are threads above that help in guiding you for LLD (Lyme Literate Doctors). And Lyme symptoms.

Hope you find your answers soon!

Jodie
