... I also live in Tennessee. One of my best friends is fighting Lyme Disease. She has told me the same things the other people here on the board have said. Doctors in Tennessee are taught to say that we do not have Lyme Disease. She goes (I think) to Missouri. I could find out from her the name of her Lyme Disease doctor if you need it. ... that. I didn't give it much thought just bought some OTC meds to put on it but nothing worked. I asked a fried to look at the rash since i'd never had poison oak and she said it didn't look like poison oak to her. Its not blisters but big red splotches. Looks more like hives she said.
