... You're welcome. Yes, if your elisa is positive, it's positive. You are one of the lucky ones actually. Many people test negative on that, and go for years untreated. Unfortunatly, my story is a bummer. I go see my LLMD for the first time next wed. YIPPEEEE can hardly wait. Basically, I saw an infectious disease specialist yesterday and this Tuesday she wants to start me on IV antibiotics for Lyme Disease. She is known to have "had" all 3 TBD but get the same old story once treated it's gone. Mayo Clinic recently confirmed "adequately treated"....how do they know when all they did was AB testing? ... g all this. I had numbness, tingling and shooting pains in my hands mostly as well. It was one of my first symptoms of lyme. I tested negative 5 times for the Eliza test. It wasn't until 3 years later and many, many misdiagnosis that I finally tested positive for lyme and two confections through Igenex. ... (2 replies)

... omg, what hell you have been thru. i am so sorry. i do not know these dr's, but i can tell you that the l yme tests are not 100%. i had lyme for 6 years before i found my dr and finally tested positive. most of my tests (eliza and western blot) came back neg. i would certainly get tested though. make sure it is at the very least a western blot. if my dr were looking at...
