... ms. You do have IgG positive. This, along with his clinical symptoms, is a lot more than many legitimate lymies come up with. You don't need to have both IgG and IgM positive for diagnosis. Many diagnoses are made with no positive test results. ... (11 replies)

... From what I understand, there must be at least 5 IGG bands positive in order for it to be a positive test result.
