Hey everyone. I have a few things going on that I am a little bit worried about, and just wanted to see if anyone had any of the same experiences or any ideas of the possibility of goes:

I am a 23 year old male. I have noticed a few small lumps in my groin area for quite a while now (probably 2-3 years) that are not painful at all, hence the reason for never getting them checked out. I have always been athletic and active, and am not overweight. I also have a lump right in front of my left ear, about the size of a pea, that has also been there for over a year and is painless. There is also one on the back, right side of my neck, feels a little smaller than a golf ball...again, painless. I have been experiencing night sweats for about a year that leaves the sheets visibly damp when I get up in the mornings. I have also felt very fatigued for quite some time, not having hardly any energy or drive to be active...I still workout, but it is so much more of a chore than it used to be. I also have had pretty chronic low back pain for about 2-3 years, along with some difficulty urinating. There are a few other things, such as shoulder pain, migraines, and hip pain that I also deal with constantly.

Again, just wondering if anyone has any experience with these symptoms...
