... You have to abstain from sex for a month or two to let it heal. Sorry but if you rush it will just rip again. In Germany you will probably get good medical care but in case you don't, do not let them persuade you to get circumcised. Sometimes they can put a stitch in or do a frenuloplasty. The half-ripped state can cause further problems sometimes but other times it just heals... (1 replies)
