I'm a 39 year old woman with 8 year old twins. I cannot figure out what is going on with me. I either have Lymphoma or could this be Perimenopause?

I have been having extreme night sweats for about three months, off and on. As of now, I have had them every night, several times a night, for about a week and a half. I do have some hot flashes during the day, as well. Not as many of those as I do the night sweats though. I also have extreme body temperature regulation issues. I'm either freezing cold or very hot. I get the chills very easily also. My periods have always been every 28 days on the dot. I could always count on them to be right on time. This year that changed. My period is often a few days early now and I cannot count on it coming every 28 days anymore. This month it was 5 or 6 days early. I had my AMH/MIS tested and that came back at .54, which from what I understand is quite low.

I've become so anxious over this that I don't feel well. I've lost about 6 pounds over the last few weeks.

Does anyone have any input on whether the coldness, chills, hot flashes, and night sweats could be from Perimenopause?

Thanks!
