In any case, the majority of the nerves in the penis are in the foreskin and frenulum - and they don't have that "too sensitive" feeling that the head might have (different type of nerve). ... I think you are using the word "retract" incorrectly. You ask, "how do I get the foreskin to completely retract" but I think you mean the opposite of that. When a foreskin retracts, it pulls back to expose the glans. ... (4 replies)
