I don't konw the answer but whytry has made a good case that Shippen's book may be right. ... I would go for the whey protein. I'm a little concerned about the soy protein because it could possibly increase estrogen. Creatinine is mildly controversial. Most likely it is safe but there is some debate. It occurs naturally in the muscles if I understand right and by taking supplements you give yourself the abitlity to make your workouts more intense.
