... The pain I was referring to was in my arms. I have these terrible muscle spasms in my arms. My doctor suspects they are from a Vitamin D deficiency. I' m back on the Vitamin and hope it is the culprit. If not, I guess I'll have to start from scratch. I have not ruled out that the pain is caused my psychological reasons. I'm grasping at straws. ... what sort of pain are you in??? Pain due to an injury or emotional pain? If you are suffering from emotional pain, it is a menatl issue. If it is due to an injury, contact your doctor and let him/her know. They will advice and may prescribe some medication or they might refer you to a physiatrist. (16 replies)

... Well, sometimes even when having a conversation, I can tune out. Keeping busy does not always help, especially if you are doing a boring task like cramming for exams, or doing homework. I have yet to try working out periodically everyday, to see the results. (16 replies)

... Same here. I always put myself into TV programmes and films and pretend to be with the characters. It's just something people like to do. I like to see myself as someone who will save the world with their own special powers, I don't know why, I just like to do it.
