Mild Shock?

... hallucinations can be the result of many things; depression, lack of sleep, brain tumors, etc. Doesn't sound like much to worry about since it;'s only happened once. But if it continues, then it would be something to worry about. ... I suffered from Panic/anxiety attacks since I was a teenager as well as anxiety and depression. I'm a big backer of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as it changed my life and got me off all the meds I was taking. My favorite starter book on CBT is "Been There, Done That? Do This! by Sam Obitz. CBT is over 80% effective in treating panic disorder and many universities offer... (7 replies)
