I used to take klonopin every night, not no more, but I found that coffe helped the brain fog and being active in doing things right away after waking up such as making breakfast and packing my lunch and feeding my pets and then listening to radio all the drive to work. ... Hi, I have your symptoms too, so I know how worried you are. My GP referred me to a neurologist. I have now got a diagnosis of CFS/M.E and fibromyalgia. This may not be your case as there are a zillion things that could display those symptoms, but if I were you I'd go to your GP and investigate. You might at least be able to eliminate things. ... ain! I agree with the first person about the lack of sleep, etc. It's probably not true in your case, but the use of some drugs can have a negative effect on our mental functioning. I find that to be true with various psychiatric drugs and even with sleeping meds such as Ambien. ... (6 replies)
