PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. It's where the ovaries do not release their eggs and form cysts (it is unclear why this happens although they have a variety of theories). It doesn't sound like you have this since your cycles are regular.

Your situation is very unusual (to have regular cycles and not be able to get pregnant). Are they either very long or very short?

Aspirin is used during pregnancy to reduce the likelihood that clots will form in the placenta which reduces circulation to baby and results in either fetal death or intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR- it just means baby is not gaining as he/she should). I didn't know about the miscarriage risk while using it...that's awful!

Do you know which antibodies you have specifically? I know they can't always locate the specific antibody but I was just curious if they had.

My heart goes out to you! I've had to give up my hopes and dreams as well. It's just not a place in life you ever expect to be in. It's very difficult...I'm so very sorry!

Please know I'm thinking of you!

Love and Prayers, Kelly

P.S. There was a study released earlier this year about prednisolone possibly helping women who miscarry recurrently. It may be worth looking into and asking your dr about.
