I had clots for awhile as well after my miscarriage. I would fill those large pads like crazy, about 1 every couple hours. I ended up going to the emergency room and they gave me some pills to help my uterus contract. They said it was fine i had never had a miscarriage before and they said my body was just having a hard time adjusting to the change. It was nothing abnormal.
