I am so sorry for your anguish. Either take a Pg test - it will still be positive if you have recently m/c'd or, more sensibly, go and see your Dr. My sister had a similar event and it turned out to be fibroid that she passed, after that she went on to have 4 children with the 5th on the way.

Since the tissue was so large, are you sure you couldn't have been Pg for longer? I had an early m/c (5/6 weeks ) and it was just like a heavy sore period but I also had a missed miscarriage recently at 12 weeks and my baby (9/10 weeks old) was almost 2 inches long.

PLease seek medical advice as soon as you can.
