The pain/discomfort you are describing does sound a bit extreme. After my first m/c I felt a lot more cramping throughout my cycle, but not as if I had pulled something. Every once in a while I would feel some cramping but it would be very brief. I felt like I had pulled something in my lower back about 2 weeks before my first m/c, which was a missed m/c. Did you get a check up after you m/c to see if everything looked ok? Have you seen the other thread "weird pain since d&c?"
