It varies so much. Alot of women mc early and not even know it. Whith my mc`s I had red blood with one, one I had brown blood, other mc`s I didnt even bleed. What you described could be a mc or it could just be a late period. If you really want to know, go have a hcg test done asap, and see what your numbers are, even then you may not get a answer. Personaly, I have had more clots with late periods, than with miscarrage`s. Good luck,
