I would make sure that the baby is 100% not viable.
I had a D and C and I think that it is better, but thats just my opinion. I had a missed miscarriage for 2.5 weeks, I dont know how long it would have gone before nature took its course. I also have work..and didnt want to tell my job about my problem.
D and C was the quickest solution, and besides some error in anesthesia, it was only one day of pain. I have had brown spotting for over two weeks now but it is not painful.
I dont know, any way you toss it, its a sad situation...but for me I like to see progress faster rather than waiting on nature...
Anyways, I am sure you will make the right decision. I am so sorry that this has happened to you. Is this your first time for a miscarriage?

Yes, I can say that this is our first miscarriage. Luckily I have lots of support as both my sisters in law and my sister have been through this. They have been tremendous support. People on here have been as well. ;)
As for me, I have to agree with you. I would rather be able to start the grieving process now and try to move on. I think waiting would be more painful emotionally. We opted to do a D&C and the dr is going to call us with a time for this afternoon. Thanks for your support.
