It is different for everyone. It might depend on how far along you are. Only a doctor and an ultrasound can prove a miscarriage has occurred. I had 2 miscarriages. With both I had severe cramps and bleeding. I am 7 months pregnant right now, but when I was in my first trimester I had the same severe cramping and mild bleeding for a day. I feared the worst but she is doing great so far. You really need to go to a doctor asap if you suspect a miscarriage! I wish you the best of luck! :angel:
