I think you need to see your doc for some reassurance i am sure all is probably well but after one loss your mind plays havoc with you as it seems more of a real threat to you that you could lose another. ... You're right in saying that a missed miscarriage has no or little symptoms, as that is why it is referred to as missed. ... (3 replies)
