Hello! I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I'm getting very frustrated and was hoping someone here could help me ;) I'm wondering if a normal MRI rules out MS completely? I had an MRI done on my brain (with and without contrast) 7 days ago and one (without contrast) done on my cervical spine 5 days ago. The Dr told me today they were normal so even though he originally thought MS, we can "pretty much" rule that out. I also had several blood tests done a week ago but the results weren't back yet (CBC w Diff w Pit, Comp Metabolic Panel (14), Antinuclear Antibodies, Rheumatoid Arthritis Factor, Thyroxine (T4), TSH, High Sensitivity, Sed Rate - all copied off lab sheet). I know he's also testing for Rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, would any of these indicate MS? If it helps any, I'm 25 (for another month) and have been healthy all my life up until April of this year. For the past 7-8 months, I've literally been falling apart with a wide range of symptoms which is why this new dr says I haven't been able to get a diagnosis.

My symptoms (there's a lot!):
migraines (have had these for 9 years but they've become much worse and more frequent - up to 5/6 per week)
severe stabbing facial pain around temples, eyes, and ears
pain/pressure at base of skull
tremors in my left eye and cheek area
expressive aphasia and I will mix words up a lot (past 2 months)
chest pain that's worse while breathing deeply (past 2 months)
numbness and tingling in arms, hands, legs, feet
tremors in arms and hands (mainly right side - past week)
pain at lumbar/sacral area, usually burning pain
severe joint pain in knees, hips, and elbows mainly
extreme fatigue - I wake up feeling like I haven't been to sleep
dizzy spells
blurred/foggy vision (gotten much worse in past 2 months)

This has all occured since april unless otherwise noted - I was perfectly fine until then. Any ideas? I go back to the Dr in 2 weeks to get the results from my labwork and another cervical epidural injection (I had one today and one last week). I'm sorry this was sooooo long and thanks for reading, I really appreciate it!
