I'm new here. :) My dr just tested me for lymes disease, which came back negative, so now we are looking at an autoimmune disease as the likely cause of my symptoms. I'm not diagnosed with MS and pray that I don't have it, but many of my symptoms align with the disease. I have fatigue, muscle twitches, "zapping" feelings at times, vertigo, numbness in my legs, and random joint pain. I'm a 28 year old female.

Anyway, in the past 2 weeks I've developed a new symptom. When I am lying down to go to sleep and am fully relaxed (no anxiety) I will feel like my entire body is shaking. It feels almost like a shiver, but it's everyone and happening constantly. It feels like it is mostly internal, but at times I think I feel a very slight quivering if I put my hand on another arm, leg, etc. I will also have muscle twitches or spasm at the same time. I do often feel a little sick during these episodes, kind of nauseous and a little dizzy.

So my question: is this shaking a common sign of MS? I have an appointment on Monday, but the shaking has gotten progressively worse each night, so I know I'm going to be dealing with it over the weekend.

Thanks for any help you can give me!
