Hi there. To be honest, this is not sounding at all like MS. Although you have a few neurological type symptoms, you have had more than one MRI and have seen a neuro, and have had exams all of which sound like they were normal. A non specific spot on your MRI is definately not MS- as MS lesions (scars) are very specific in size/ shape and placement.

However, you do sound very anxious- and this needs to be addressed as anxiety can not only cause every symptom you have, but decrease your overall health and quality of life. Since more than one person has suggested it is anxiety, you might want to really explore that and find out what is causing it. You should start with your family doc and look for avenues which he can recommend to find out where to go next.

MS mimics 400 other diseases. The chances of actually having MS are 1:400- and since you have had clean MRIs and clean neuro exams, you arent looking at a MS dx anytime in the near future. A MS specialist could be consulted, if you truly feel this is neurological in nature- more tests can be run and old tests repeated, but you may hit a dead end even then..

I wish I had more for you....if there is anything else we can help with, please know we are here.

Thank you Nikki.

I had a follow up with my neuro and he said that everything looks normal, and sent me on my way. Doesn't want to follow up in 6 months. I asked him if I should get another brain MRI because it has been over a year since my first one, but he doesn't think its necessary.

I will follow up with my primary doc and address my anxiety. Even though I still think this is bigger than anxiety. Thank you so much for helping me out.
