... Hello Afspmichelle, MS can cause back pain it's called spasticity ;) Spasticity causes muscle spasms, muscle tightness/stiffness and pain. Gentle stretching can sometimes help as well as a heating pad or electric blanket to the effected area. There are medication that your doctor can prescribe that will also help.
