... :confused: I had an LP Thursday morning.. no headache that day, but I've had one now since Friday (yesterday). I typically have headaches (tension headaches), and this is different. ... I'm glad you are better, too. I don't understand if they tell you to lay flat yet you have to sit up to get home, walk in, etc. doesn't that defeat the purpose of lying flat? I know insurance is an issue but they should just keep you for those 12 hours, imo. Also, my lp was 3 years ago Nikki and they never told me to lay flat or drink alot let alone caffiene. After my... If I still have the headache tomorrow, I'll probably get it done, but ONLY if I can get anasthesia-- my lumbar area, down to my tailbone, is very sore.
