... I am new to this board. I was diagnosied in 2005. I was on Avonex for 3 1/2 years, had bad flu symptons for the last 6 months before I stopped taking avonex. I went almost a year feeling great very few reminders that I had MS and drug free. In April I had a severe attack ending up in the hospital on IV methylprednisolone .
