... To my knowledge there is an MS blood panel but it involves completely different tests than the lupus tests. So your referral to the rheumatologist is for lupus since your lupus tests were abnormal. ... (3 replies)

My neuro switched me to Tysabri about this time, and it worked great for MS, but really aggravated my migraines. So, I was put on Copaxone after 3 years on Tysabri. ... fidera unfortunately. This is dangerous since tecfiera lowered my WBC too low. I'm also EXTREMELY concerned about the CANCER risk with tecfidera along with other MS drugs!!! ... I visited my doctor and explained to her I was worried about autoimmune diseases such as Multiple sclerosis. She took my blood to test for autoimmune diseases. My bloodwork came back and she said it was normal. I later found out she only did a lupus panel. ... (3 replies)
