Re: diets, the most popular ones for MS are the Swank and Best Bet -- there are other diets now as well but they use a lot of the same principles. ... Hey Leanne! :wave: So glad to hear someone else think about their health with regards to diet. We too avoid processed foods, deli foods, cheeses, and prepare our meals from scratch. I tried juicing veggies and fruits too. Sodium Nitrate is in all lunchmeats, hotdogs, bacon, etc., and can cause for some, horrific headaches. If it can cause that--what else! Just the... (9 replies)
