... RPO, I'd bet they will want to do more tests. Seems like different neuros have different criteria for diagnosing MS, but most of the time they will want to rule out all other possibilities. I've also been told they look for multiple brain lesions (a single brain lesion isn't enough) or spinal lesion. Your symptoms will be taken into account, but they'll probably want to do...
