... Thanks Ally. I think I already knew that. I think my Neurologist had told me once not to take Echinacea. I am going to the pharmacy today to get some of that Airborne stuff, and I am going to ask the pharmacist if it is OK for people with MS. I might also call my neurologist before I start taking it. My Nurse Practicioner recommended it too, but she admitted that she doesn't... (12 replies)

... Purple, I fly a lot and historically I've gotten sick after a flight. This years I planned to get a flu shot (got my dx last Sept) but never got around to it. So I started using that airborne product (developed by a teacher, to help prevent catching colds and other airborn illnesses) before I get on a plane. So far so good, and I've done 7 round-trips in the past 2 months.... (12 replies)
... Have you thought about going to a nutritionist? It has done alot for me It is amazing what eating good whole food can do to a body and lots of water too. You don't smoke do you? Because that could be causing alot of your illness. Yeah, the yogurt it is a probiotic and it puts the good enzymes or cultures into your body to help defend against infections etc... ... ... I can relate.I have been on antibiotics since October for sinus and bronchitis.With all the antibiotics I ended up with a yeast infection of the throat,ears and mouth. I now take vitamin c ,folic acid,I eat plenty of green veggies,even spinache.To prevent some infections a nutritionalist said to eat yogart.It's nasty,but I eat it.I drink 3 glasses of milk a day.Cut back on...
