There is absolutely no cause and effect of shingles and MS if you are wondering can a person with MS wind up with Shingles....Shingles, is the chicken pox virus and you absolutely need to be exposed to it, to get it. ... n for 3 or 4 years I am now 27. Last year I went to the doc complained about it they thought it was stress which it probably was. Later a couple months I got the shingles June 2005. I had the shingles on my back after they healed I still felt some burning sensation around that area but it eventually was bareable and not to bad. ... (2 replies)
