... I am using a passive exerciser. My first day lasted all but 5 minutes, but I have extended my time up to an hour. I purchased an Exercycle on an online auction. Pool exercise might also help if the water is not too warm. (22 replies)

... My neuro told me that he used to perform spinal taps in his office but scheduled mine in the hospital because I could get in quicker and therefore faster results. I'm not sure why he wants to look at your spine, unless he is checking for scoliosis or something. ... (5 replies)
