... Hi Dan, Lesions on a brain MRI could be non-specific and could have different causes, for example, migraines, Lymes Disease, Lupus, ect. There is no symptom(s) which are unique to MS as other conditions/disease can cause the same type of symptoms experienced in MS. I would suggest asking your Dr. why you have the lesions.
