... Cologayle, I hope this advice helps. I won't guarantee this but I would strongly suspect a Dominant Inheritance strain of Limb-Girdle. That is, one of the type "1" LGMDs. Look into LGMD1A - LGMD1G. You may find some similar traits to your own.
