I keep them cut quite short so as not to put too much pressure on them because of the lifting. My podiarist told me i could not use lamasil becuz of possible liver damage. i told him about the tea tree oil treatment and he said he could tell i was doing something becuz of the improvement of my toenails. ... The ingredient in Vicks that makes it work is the Thymol. You can get Thymol in a bottle with an eyedropper applicator which makes it MUCH easier to apply than the petroleum based Vicks. It gets into the area of separation much easier as well. Just apply it twice a day. Do a web search for Amoresse thymol. ... (28 replies)
