... As yourself, I suspect to have BFS. Twitches started in my right triceps, to be then noticed within a week in all my body, no exception. Some cramps, but rarely. The muscle popping/twitching stops during physical activity, to be far more noticeable at bedtime and early in the morning. Tiredness makes it worse.
